1. When will my pictures be online?
Your proofs will appear online within 5-7 BUSINESS days (M-F) after your photo shoot.

2. How long will my pictures stay online?
Your pictures will be available online for 21 days. If you would like to order pictures after 21 days you will need to email us and request that you would like to order images from an expired gallery and pay a $20.00 archive-retrieval fee via email invoice.
3. How long will it take for pictures I ordered to come in?
Once you have ordered, your prints will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 days. Books, and larger prints may take longer. Your order will be shipped directly to the address that you use when placing your order. Note- We cannot and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Next, if you need your prints back immediately, you will need to email us that request and we will bill you an invoice via email. Your order will be processed upon payment of our standard $125 rush order fee.
4. Do you offer photographic images on a CD?
Yes, we do offer images on CD. Digital negatives are available for purchase for customers. Contact us directly for more information and individual pricing.
5. How long will you keep my photos on file?
(60 days). It is best to order your photos immediately to ensure you get what you want without having to pay for archival-retrieval fees.
6. Can I add my name to wallets photos?
Yes, you can add your name to wallet images.
Simply type your last name in the COMMENT box at checkout.
Please keep in mind that this doesn't look good on every picture.
